Hey... Im a big healthy booty girl myself! Try Ixon pants... they seem to be the best fit...and there waist is a comfy adjustable one too! Whether or not the view from behind whilst your riding may not be supermodel standards... who cares... its not about them...its about you being comfortable and enjoying your time riding ay! Anyway... I reckon go try Ixon... textile ones.. think you can pick a good pair up for $120 - $170 depending on where you go.
    Best of luck...

    Strada pants

Hey, I had the same problem when buying my first pair and was really annoyed because I'm not even that big! I ended up having to get Mens 2XL (!!!!) pants but I'm glad I found them because they are really comfy and fit me well. They are Strada brand but I'm not sure what 'style' although it has 'Adversitek' written near one of the pockets. Can't remember how much they were. I got them from TSS in Alicetown, Lower Hutt.

I've just bitten the bullet (or some sour tasting thing) and have settled on getting a pair with the extra Xs on the tag.

Have gone the mens pants route before and they just don't fit quite right. If you get one to fit over the hips the legs are to long/baggy. If you fit to your legs it becomes a marathon to get them over the hips and they end up to tight round the butt and feel horrible once you've been on the bike for a while.

Don't like the extra Xs but they feel a hell of a lot better.
