Im meeting MadDuck to pick up some tools (no, real actual tools) at Silverdale BP around 4:30pm and we are gonna meet Slyer on SH1 one hill after Orewa, End of Hillcrest Road around 5:00pm.

The mapping was decided by BANZAI so any route is negotiable

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

Just about to get home from the morning ride and I get message from His Royal Suzuki Highness (Bananzi) that there is a ride happening from 3:30 - wicked. Buzzed around albany hill and bandit country for another two hours and then off to westgate to meet the boyos. Turned out it was quite a big uni gang. See the old friends and make new ones, enjoy some italian Cagiva bike porn, and off for a ride again A number of known and unknown bikers joined our antoraje (spelling ?) and we proceed to Silverdale, Puhoi, Wellsford and back down 16.

Wicked meeting all of you people. Fun was had by all I reacon Gotta do it again but for longer next time

p.s. Anyone got pics of the ride ?

I've never been out in any decent wind like that, on several occasions I'd be happily going around a big corner and then the wind hits me and nearly pushed me over the centre line and into oncoming cars...
Was fun though, longest ride I've done.

It was nice to see riders taking advantage of the nice avo.

Tomorro is also suppose to be pretty good day for riding

Yep it was a great ride guys, until my engine dropped a cylinder or something on Peak Rd, I was accelerating around where the golf course is and suddenly the engine lost power. I rode all the way down Peak Rd, Old North Road, Coatesville-Riverhead, and SH17 at around 70km/h, haha.
