A word to the wise, or anyone involved in this bake off, I was subjected to the 'Banana cake' Ala Gassitgirl n pussy, the other day and I gotta say it was delightfully smooth and bananary and chocolaty and sweeet and yummy and delicious and light and.............Oh it is ON!
And I shall have an independent reviewer subject our winning cake to a a barrage of taste tests before writing how spectacularly we... err I mean she has done!
You get the idea eh, have the bake off by all means but don't put any money on the outcome unless your mighty sure of yourselves.

I was treated to an unfeasibly large portion of Gasit Girl's banana cake this afternoon , just before going on a ride. I highly rate it!. It filled the gap so much I did not eat much dinner tonight. A baking force to be reckoned with !.
I will also gladly be part of the cake judging panel should a Kiwi Biker Bake Off happen.
