I've just gone through all my manuals and can't find any mention of head torque for the A10...even for Triumph's believe it or not.But I found 30ft/lbs for the A65...although they are alloy heads. We used to take them down to 25 to 30ft/lbs....and use grease on an annealed head gasket. You can't go wrong....they are made of tougher stuff than modern engines.

The rocker box may test your patience though - we used to make a guide cut out of a piece of cardboard. You can probably buy such unseen tools in packs of 10 on the internet these days....

The owners handbook for the 1960 A10 doesn't have any prescribed torque settings but here's the pattern for the tightening sequence.
