    Obviously a Scrubs fan.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Ha, I wondered if anyone else had watched the new series opener last night. Very very clever and extremely funny comedy. Heather Graham is great as a new wacky character.

Hey FOZ and et al... any chance of looking at the 400SS tonight?

I had lunch with Lynda today and I'm keener than ever. My dilema is which 400SS to choose... proven service history and well looked after bike, but with higher kms, verses the recently imported, unproven, unsupported history and possibly lower kms.
Someday we'll look back on this, laugh nervously and change the subject.

Thing is that they are both imports, as all the 400's would be. I know they had them new in Australia at one stage (I found an old Aus bike mag with a writeup/ad for them) but pretty sure they never sold them new here. Matter of fact I think they were still doing a 400 Monster for Japan only a couple of years ago.
PS: re you latest post: we DO NOT use the "S...er" word when referring to Ducatis, no matter what their state (Lynda will most likely be contacting you shortly).
    pretentious moi?

    Cheers

Thanks FOZ and et al for allowing us to view the bike at short notice. Apologies for the state of me but the gym was like a sauna!

Will get back to you once we've looked at the Motomart bike.

That's OK, consider yourself told off and we will forget it ever happened. May have been better to say it was "a do-er upper" or "in need of TLC" or "handyman's delight".
Seriously though - if it was that one in Motorad then I think it just needs a good grooming.
And Merv: you may wish to know that my Italian girlfriend looks good no matter what time of day, naked or fully clothed (I can have her naked on the garage floor in 30 seconds thanks to those wonderful Dzus clips).
    pretentious moi?
