The parties to avoid will have "co-leaders" since they do not have a single person posessive of enough brains to be a proper leader.

No left wing presence in New Zealand politics?

Poor Jim Anderton. Even the left wing no longer recognises him as one of their own.

    WTF?

Don't you mean there is no right wing left in NZ Polictics. It's been banned or brought out by the Far Left Labour party!

What makes labour far left? Free trade policies are not a hallmark of the left, and we have them with China and Chile thanks to labour, not to mention the impending deal with the USA.

Banning = authoritarian, nothing to do with left or right.

The left-wing hallmarks of the Labour government include:

    Increased regulation
    Increased government spending
    Enlargement of the civil service
Re-nationalisation of infrastructure (ACC, the railways)
    Overly generous welfare system

IMHO the Greens arent really Green anyway.

They have an organic grandma in nominal charge.

But the vast majority of greens are marxist or socialist, or stoned or stupid (or any combination thereof) and just seem to be grabbing the green tag as a flag of convenience.

Lets look at the carbon trading scam.

It sounds great - bad industries buy carbon fron good industries, thus punishing the polluter.

But in reality, in a rural country like ours, the bad industries are essential ones, that we can't really cut.

Like food production, dairy, and electricity.

Putting up the input costs to these guys will just result in higher prices for us all, not less carbon prduction.

Electricity and quality food will just be rationed, with the dollar coin as your ration card.

We will force the poor, our pensioners and low waged to either use less, or buy a lower quality product.

Will it help ? Nope, as only the poor will be hurt.
David must play fair with the other kids, even the idiots.
