If ya can borrow or buy a set of tyre warmers then do it dude, if your gonna do the 1st pmcc rnd you'll need a generator too, no pit facilities to speak of on the old track.
Most importantly enjoy the fuk out of it..........the nerves disappear as soon as ya get rollin............:woot:

    The entry form says this:

As we are using electronic timing for this series, entries and payment MUST be received at least 7 days before the event.
ENTRIES ON THE DAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

    Geez they're gettin serious.
You need duct tape for numbers, allen keys to remove the stand and mirrors, cable ties, and a beer can (Heineken) for a catch bottle. Takes 3min. 25 sec.
It's possible to win club races and even series with the above bike prep.

Dude, contacting PMCC through their website might enhance the accuracy of the answers you get.

Haha, as Clive said contact PMCC to remove all doubt.

If you think there is the slightest chance you'll do more than one race just join up to PMCC or VMCC etc and get an MNZ license. From someone who's struggled to attend meetings and let his license/number lapse it's far easier to just pay a few extra bucks upfront and be set forever more than be faffing about with day licenses and changing numbers etc down the track. Believe me it's easier and cheaper in the long run.

Oh yeah, if you get through the first one unscathed (chances are good, Clubman's is much more gentlemanly than those F1/F2 louts)) I guarantee you'll want another crack at it.

As I used to do with my ol' R1, I had a set of race fairings and just removed everything that I would rather not have to replace if the worst happens. You can race with a tail light but I'd rather not have to replace it if I binned it so off it came, and so it goes for everything else: if you don't need it to go round and round rip it off.

Good luck mate, you'll have a frikkin' blast!
