someone has probably already said this (can't be bothered reading through)
go and hit the gym, and i mean weights NO CARDIO
do mass gaining exercises, they key three are squats, bench-press and dead-lifts
8-12 reps (failure should be somewhere near 10 preferebly)
no more than 12 reps otherwise you get into leaning territory
you will gain mass, i guarantee it
