so his advice is good and when i organised it, very welcome
i hope i wasn't taken as being against any advice... all my rides in auckland have been led and organised by guys. i have no problem with them helping out or organising everything... as long as I get to RIDE!!!

Have fun girls! I already have a ride planned for friday (if i can get off work) and sunday

Surely work will understand the importance of a good Coro loop?

, I take it NO guys are allowed, as I think it would be nice going on a ride with some women, I find the opposite sex make for very good company, if I'm not gonna get chased off with pitchforks, I might try sneak along.

How about a coffee ride..with anyone allowed to come but tailored towards getting the with the aim of getting the women in mc together.

Hmm, only problem now is that I've just sold my 250, currently looking for her replacement. Its only been two days but I'm getting annoyed already, I guess I might have to ask one of these big strong men who are so keen on this ride to take me pillion

Girlie coffee rides are a marvellous idea - although I haven't managed to make it along to one yet! My bike is under repair at the moment, but I would love to see these rides as a regular thing, so I could come along as often as I like.

For example, there could be one on the first Sunday of every month, or some such thing.

    Good destinations for newbies:
    - Muriwai
    - Shelly Beach
    - Clevedon
    - Puhoi (lots of smelly boys at the end though!)
    - Leigh/Sandspit/Matakana area

Traffic is likely to be a bit of an issue wherever you go at this time of year, and those pesky tourists are everywhere, but let's not let that put us off our riding!
There is no such thing as bad weather; only inappropriate clothing!

Question if you are going to go for coffee, why not work for it..

My problems thus far however are that I can't off the top of my head think of a suitable destination, and my sense of direction isn't perfect (but I ain't no DD either!) So if anyone has any ideas then by all means make a suggestion.
Head North to the Cape or South way South of Auckland.
