What route exactly are you Auckland lot taking? :spudwhat: Will you be going through Papakura out to Clevedon/Kawakawa or heading off further down? Got a small group keen to met up but we're all from the deep south :spudguita. Where would be a good join up point for us?
I'll be at Cyclespot over the shore at around 8.30am Sunday for RiBs benefit, leaving around 8.40, heading to Mt Welly Caltex for 9
Peeps out west, may be meet in New Lynn Repco carpark or something, around 8.30, then that should get you to Mt Welly Caltex around the right time.. I won't be there, altho I might have a couple of mates meeting there, then they'll be heading off to meet the rest

I imagine they will stop in at the papakura autobahn for us South Aucklanders to catch up with them, anyone know what time they'll be heading through there?Originally Posted by Stroker Girl
Looks like I'll be going from TePuke Sunday morn. How long to Paeroa from there and/or company?
Also, don't seem to be able to find a start time for racing?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
It might be better if the south contingent meet at the Shell station in Clevedon, just south of the round-a-bout, instead. It's more direct for us to get there via Takanini or East Tamaki from Mt Wellington.
Plan from there is to head down the road past the Thames to Miranda and continue south to the main highway. There's a right turn from the highway that takes us to SH2 which we would take (we won't go as far as Kopu), but I can't actually remember where it is (I'm sure someone else knows).
MSTRS some of us are leaving from tga, planning on going over kamais, racing starts at 11 i think, pratice starts at 8 or something like thatOriginally Posted by MSTRS
How long will it take you to get to Clevedon? About 20mins? Should we meet about 9.40ish. When you say a quick trip what will your average speed be about???? Are any of you smokers? I'm normally used as an excuse for ciggie break, as everyone pulls over for a smoke to wait for me!Originally Posted by Drunken Monkey

Shell clevedon sounds good, means I can have a few more precious minutes in bed.
