I have an 89 zxr400SP.
it has 50,000ks

Any idea what this would be worth??

it is in quite average condition but i am told it is sort after as a racebike. cheers

not worth much, in fact it would cost you money to get rid of it. Best option is to give it to me and I will bear the burdon of ownership!!

Hi Jed.
Here's an answer that isn't an answer. It's only worth what someone is willing to pay. This is influenced by so many varaibles like: market, condition etc. These are in demand as racebikes but if it was to be raced, whoever purchased it would likely need to spend a bit getting it race ready and purchase the peripherals and spares often used.
I have heard of these being sold from $2.5k to $5k as road bikes. There is an even greater range of prices when sold as race-bikes.
I know this probably wasn't much help.

cheers for the advise guys. decided that getting it upto mint running condition was a bit past my expertise. ended up swaping it for a wof an rego standard 1990 zxr400 with a lot less ks thats running mint. the guy wanted mine for a racebike. I wanted his just for a new toy on the road. looks like a good deal both ways!!!
