    Visor storage?

So I'm looking at heading away over christmas for a couple of weeks, and I'm just wondering what people do in the way of storing their spare/clear visor while touring whathaveyou.

Last time I did this I just wrapped it up in a t-shirt, which made it a pain to get to should I need to change it etc, and it just doesn't seem to be the most efficient way of storing, so just wondering what other people have done around this.

I do see that Shoei have a backpack that has a removable visor case, but I don't want to spend USD$90+shipping on that heh.

$24.95 from your local bike shop, clips easily onto a pack or whatever.

Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes

Just to reinforce that suggestion - Yes, yes, yes!

    Bloody brilliant.

You can wear it around your waist as well.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Here is a very cheap way to store visors. This involves using some old high top cotton tube type athletic socks. The visor slips in easily and it is is just as easy to take out. The fabric of the sock protects the surface of the visor. If you want even more protection, use two socks.

What these guys said. We store whichever visor isn't on the helmet in a rugby sock and this protects them fine.

I wrap mine in my helmet bag as has been mentioned already, then fit it underneath my pillion seat, so I always have it with me without even needing a backpack.

In the helmet bag. When I'm wearing the helmet, what else am I gonna use it for?
I usually carry my clear visor with me in my backpack (in the helmet bag, natch!) in case I have to work late and change visors.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....
