Back on the topic, don't require chrome handles, just two pieces of metal with with a 90 degree bend and a 4 holes drilled in (see picture two with 2 the red circle). I would do it myself but for to be accurate it will need to be done with a floor drill press.

As for Twinkle, unfortunately I don't have any measurements at hand but I'll measure something up by tonight but not so sure if it will be much use, as it will probably be better if you saw it at hand. No rush mate.
If you refer to the second picture you will get a clear idea how it works. The 2 black screws mounts into the side of the amp as there's already existing screw holes and the two outer screws mount to the roadcase.
Might bring the amp and the road case to the chiller for you two to have a look.
