    Endurance race partners

    Hi all,

edit: I now have a partner

Well by the sounds of things Scrivy's endurance race is on the ropes at the moment. I would have entered the junior class, but it sounds like that isn't going ahead. The senior (600cc+) class 3 hour race still is. Now if anyone is holding off entering because they don't have a partner. Please contact myself. I'm in Australia until December the 6th. But if you want to contact me urgently I'm on +61450351231 or send me a PM.

I'm pretty handy on the smaller bikes and also pretty reasonable on the 600's.

I'm willing to share costs obviously, but I don't have a bike suitable in NZ. I just have a little CBR250RR which I'll be racing in formula 3 in the TRRS the two days preceeding unless I can upgrade to a VFR400 in time. Also if there are any others who want to advertise their availability or their bikes feel free to do so in this thread.

I've run top 5 (got 4th a couple of times) at the VMCC races in the F2/supersport class... Got 12th in my first ever nationals supersport event at Manfeild. And I won my first season of streetstock racing with the VMCC. And I think I'm more restrained than the average rider so less likely to crash. Been racing 250 fourstrokes in Aussie here and recently won my last 3 races on my first ever outing on Winton, and won a race at Philip Island.

Oh yeah, and I'm super super fit and very strong for my weight so I'll make a great endurance racer. I'll be working as a bike courier in the Auckland CBD leading up to Xmas eve. So I'll be as cut as a knife. And my reactions will be equally sharp.

The name's Jason if you want to give me a call (which of course you do)

nice one Jason..... talk to Roadrash (Dave) or what ever he calls himself now on KB from Hamilton... i know he was entering in the JNR class on his SV alone, but if he is doing the senior class now might need the co pilot

    Thanks Shaun,

I can't come and see it tomorrow, I'm still in Melbourne until December, and I don't like my chances of organising buying a bike in the next day. Plus I'm moving back to melbourne at the end of the year, so was just hoping to share a ride with someone. You're right though, that is a steal. Will try and get sketchy to look at it and make a call.

Shaun, been in discussions with Glen Skachill about helping him buy it. He will probably be in touch soon. This might yet be a goer. Sweet. He wants to go to 600's anyway, and this is probably a great place to start. I'll leave it to him to organise the deal. He's got my backing though.

And yeah some seriously hot aussie birds here. I've been hanging out with backpackers though. hahaha. no strings, and classier accents.

    Sweet thanks Shaun.

Dad's going to have a look at the bike today at the motott (he was going anyway). Mum will do the transfer for me tonight, because she's got my NZ cellphone and the asb sends a message to my cellphone for security purposes.

Already lined up some sponsorship Thanks Carbines Engineering. The best robotics installation company in the world. Awesome.

Get ya tyre/wheel changes, fuel and riders swaps* sorted boys!! Should be great fun!!

(Unfortunately less than 10 juniors entered, so their race is canned.)
