Anyhoo, as some may be aware, I have decided to do the honourable thing and Miss Mully are tying the noose, umm, I mean knot next year.

We want to do little bags of lollies as part of the gifts to the guests (why we need to give our guests gifts puzzles me, but I digress).

Our colours are silver, black and white. My job (and by delegation, KBs job) is to find lollies that work. We will be buying them in bulk and making up the little bags ourselves.

Does anyone know what lollies we can use? Ive come up with those Cola Roller things (look like chrome ball bearings) as the silver ones, but I cant think of any others. I discounted the bullseye ones because they go all sticky.

    So, please help!!!!]

Oh, and if anyone knows where we can get little (200ml) bottles of wine printed with custom labels, please let me know.

    TIA,
    Mully
we went to a wedding earlier this year where the guests got little bags of CUSTOM BUILD sweets. You have to buy 5kg or something (a LOT of sugar mmmmm sugar) but they are cool. Its made like blackpool rock so you get whatever you want cast into the sweets. ours had the bride and grooms name and a love heart.

they came from http://www.suga.com.au/default.asp which is from Straya obviously but there was a crowd in Norflands mall here that did it also.

    food for thought anyway.

Putting the lollies into little clear cellophane bags with colored ribbons (the colour for your wedding) would look awesome if you are unable to find the lollies that match the colours you are looking for.

Thanks for all the info, everyone. I'm furiously investigating.

Also, thanks for the offer to eat any leftover sweets that we have.

I had considered the round black and white ones (Bullseyes/black balls, whatever), but from memory, they get sticky if they sit for too long.

Hmm, onwards and upwards in my quest for lollies.
