    Whacky electrickery

My mates Kawi ZZR250's electrics have gone haywire. Turning on an indicator interferes with high beam, and so on. I guess either a connection has been made wrong or some wires have melted together. HAd a recent clutch cable change by someoneelse who might have knoed a wire or two, at a guess. I'm going to look at it this Sat morning for him. Basically, I'll pull all his wires apart, clean them, and put them back together. Never heard of such a thing. Any ideas?

Indeed, More than likely a bad earth, certainly the place to start before you start doing crochet with the wiring loom.

Is it possible to find out from clutch cable man if he disconnected any thing? can't think why that would be the case for a cable, but some do.

Yup, start at the battery and work out. Good luck mate.

    Sussed it

Well, the answer was one shorting live wire and a knackered flasher relay. Now sorted.
