So yeah, gimmie a PM and I'll be keen for a ride eh. Bike is in the process of being put back together so not sure what state I'll turn up in.

Saw the long range forecast myself, not looking great at all. Hope Sunday is a good day for Ride Right, morning meant to be dry with showers as the day goes on.

Well.. I had a fantastic day today at the Ride Right course. Got to say, the instructors were all really helpful - gave enough criticism to be helpful, without being too harsh!

It covers everything from counter-steering, emergency braking, cornering, basic safety.. there was a great range of bikes too.

If you haven't done the course I definitely recommend it - the best $60 you'll part with.. and a really fun day!

Was good to meet up with a few of you KB'ers too and have a good ride out to Taieri Mouth =)

No problems there, thought you might do that, so, I took the motorway at Green Island to get home quicker myself.

Hi, I'm also keen for a ride to anywhere really. Rode to Middlemarch yesterday (saturday) was damn windy, about 25 knots. I have to work most fine days but will keep an eye on here and hopefully come along

Was it Ray who delivered the theory sessions? I thought he was one funny bloke who has the gift of making boring classroom bike lessons interesting. Pity it's only available to Dunedin!

Yeah, it was Ray. He did make the day go well and made everyone relaxed and able to participate. Learnt plenty, almost think they should make it compulsory. Don't know why it is only dunedin.
