G'day,
I will be keen to meet a few local riders and go on a bit of a ride at some stage when I get a little more experience under my belt and some decent protection. I just got license last Monday and bought a vtr 250 on thursday. Hardly got off it since then but I am still very amateur...

The bike now spends too much time under cover and not enough time having fun!!!

Im keen for a ride when people are.

I did a big ride up to Wanaka with my Dad (VStrom 1000), massive confidence builder, loving the corners now.... got to access the GPX's inner 10,000 rpm power whine alot... gorgeous sound.

Hey I'd be keen for a bast! I haven't really taken my wee bike out for a proper ride since i went for a weekend trip over to Milford Sound and round home via Invercargill and the Catlins at the end of summer (had a ride on a BMW GS 1200 during the trip and it was very hard to go back to the scorpio lol). I'll have a think about where we could go too...

Wow yeah I can imagine going from a BMW GS to the Scorpio could be a bit tough!! Fingers crossed the weather is good this weekend, keep an eye on this thread for meeting details etc..
