    91 CBR1000F hole in mufflers?

Looking at buying a 91 CBR1000F with the original mufflers on it. Noticed on inspection, and with bike running that each muffler had a small hole on the underside with moisture/air coming out of it - is this right?

If it looks like a nicely drilled hole then yes, it's so condensation doesn't pool. If it's all raggedy then budget for a phone call to Cycleworks.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
