F5, the ConcoursdeDungHeap was for my Kawasaki 100, the one that had the disc valve and reed valve setup, I belive.

The current 'bucket' , single cylinder, is loosely based on a TF, but re cast cases to accept a rear disc, balance shaft, twin exhausts. The gearbox is TF but I've made new gears to close up the ratios, water cooled cases running 98 with 10% ethanol. Sliding gib disc case, 'special' vairable pipes, both length and cone angle.
A semi serious attempt, actually it's a 125cc for Vinduro but I've been asked about a 100cc version. Easy enough with wooden patterns, cylinder will be the bugger as it will have to be special for 100cc , no compromise square bore and stroke.

Ive been emboldened by the success I've had with this AG100 (125) Vinduro Hustler, picture for reference, in three years its finished every event its been entered in, astounding given my reputation, this definitely wouldn't win ConcoursdeDungHeap.

Did you wire cut the gears or did you have a set of hobs?

As luck would have it, I have a gear hobb.
Also a number of form cutters, for making powervalve components.

Hmm. Did you make pv parts for Wobbly a ways back? I have some in my CPI Cheetah 496.

Years ago we made some parts.
I like his curved valve system and might well use it in my next cylinder.
Those powervalve parts in the picture are out of my Autogyro engine.

Ha. I had some early TSS assemblys, but flat ones. Had a feeling they were made almost one off before the curved ones. . When you were in my garage it would have been to the right of us. Didn't realise you'd made them. Also the bypass thermostat i think you made. So thank you.

Slotting machine and rotary table.
I also have an old shaper, done them on that in the past.

The flat blade setup used the slot as was CNC cut by CPI.
The cylinders and curved blades Neil did were my design and were two stage, way better power everywhere up the front side.
And yes the 100 bypass thermostats were my and Neils work as well.
I have one left I use on the dyno.
