    Evening Ride - Chch riders.

Right, seeing as my work hours fuck almost any chance of me going for rides with you lot on the weekends, its been suggested we do an evening ride while we are still on daylight savings time. So people, lets do it. Post you responses regarding what nights suit you, or maybe better what nights don't, along with possible destinations. Any night is good for me, I finish work around 6pm and am available from there on. Most probably I could leave early if I leave someone in charge.

I'm hoping soon to get a weekend off, but it may be a few weeks away yet.

I like the idea of going out for a late afternoon/night ride. I'm free most/all nights, so there would not be any days that would be a problem for me.

Any night is fine with me, but preferably a weekend night. I basically can't go from now until Friday the 18th- but then who say's we can only do it once.
As for a destination, could be as simple as around the hill, over Gebbies Pass, and into Sumner for fish and chips, or maybe the AkaroaGP with tea at Akaroa. Sadly Chch doesn't give us that many options.

I'd be keen, I work 6am-6pm Thurs-Sun, so a night ride would be fantastic...

I can only really do weekends sorry guys. I've too many DIY jobs to be getting on with to get a pass from the boss.

Damn it, we come up with a day and I'm going out for dinner with girlfriend and some friends. Although Tony wont be available, how about Friday night. After the 18th we'll go out again so he can join up as well.

I am keen also. Any night but tend to get short-notice things come up. I'm not the quickest either, but that's OK by me.

Please keep me in the loop.

Sat night is good for me, although I'll have to bugger off at 9ish, gotta get at least 7 hours sleep, or my Sunday at work turns into 12 hours of dozing in front of a machine that can turn any given part of my body into confetti style strips...
