    Carburettor question

    Hi guys

    could the mixture screw on the carb also be called a piolt screw? im looking at the exploded parts view and it seems the most likely candidate.

    Yes. Mixture screw, air screw, pilot screw all the same thing

    When you wind it in to seat it before winding it out to the specified number of turns, don't seat it too hard - the tapered ends are easily damaged which will cause problems.
    If it wasn't for a concise set of rules, we might have to resort to common sense!
