"There must be a one-to-one correspondence between left and right parentheses, with each left parenthesis to the left of its corresponding right parenthesis."
No one cares.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
What is it with women? I almost went into the back of one on a country road near pukekohe, because there were tiny puppies on the road.
I see her braking, but no indicators, slow down... holy shit, I'm still gaining on her mega-quick, juuust stopped in time. Dumb cow had hauled on the anchors for puppies which a home owner couldn't contain on their own property.
Perhaps I should have kept a good following distance... I did. I couldn't see any obstruction up ahead... Do the woman, its only a duck and ducklings, and roast duck is damn nice.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.
It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
Still would have been your fault if you had hit her. Maintaining a good following distance hold for any speed - right down to a stop! You're only in control of your own vehicle and it's your job to make sure you don't hit anyone or anything.
Kinda like that time the guy in the ute 'hit you' when we were doing Coro Loop ayeWho ended up getting charged for that one again? Oh thats right... YOU!

I used to do contract silage and haymaking on the western bays of lake taupo. One of the tractors I used had a top road speed of about 40kmph but was road registered, with gear it was about 8 tonne. Over Xmas we used to have to drive on state highway one between farms as well as the western bay road.
Lots of ugly moments with cars doing 100kmph plus finding tractor with duals doing less than 40 on a corner. not fun with the idea you could kill somone if they hit you at a decent rate of knots, but drivers are supposed to be able to stop within there viewable range arent they?
Same thing driving heavy trucks from paddocks on western bays. I would take up the whole road for a good 20 seconds before I was able to get into my lane, again some scary moments, even if I weighed close to 30 tonnes.
