The NZ Police are wearing Aussie uniforms now and carrying handguns.

I dont think so, for the reasons mentioned above and its also my understanding hidden speed cameras have been dumped from NZ police arseinal as because vans and shit are visable and discorage speeding
For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round
