    4th year project wanted

    Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a project for my 4th year project as part of my Engineering degree and wondering if any of you lot have any bright ideas. Basically it has to be electronics related or the very least to do with computers.

    I'm open to any suggests.

I designed and built an FM radio transmitter and receiver. It was designed to be a handheld alarm for the beach lifeguards where I worked and lived. It could also have been used at old people homes and such like I guess.

Relatively easy yet tricky enough to attract good marks.

I sold the patent 12 years ago.

Yeah I was thinking of doing something along those lines, taking an audio signal and removing any "ghosts" from the signal and spitting out the clean signal. But was wondering if anyone had any better ideas.

You could build me a home computer for less than $500 so I can stay in touch with you lot when I move to the boon docks in 2 months.
