Well done Shirley. And that Nasty woman has beaten me to the obligatory cake comment yet again. Nevertheless, I hope there is an abundance of it.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Thank you all. Your good wishes have made my day. It started off well. I went to a cafe my friends own and they gave me hotcakes, banana, cream and maple syrup and candles were put on the hotcakes. It was a lovely surprise.

I rode my bike to the hospital. Ahu does have a blockage in one artery and they tried putting a stent in but he was too restless - personally - I don't think they sedated him enough. I had to wait around for the Dr until 7pm - he said Ahu had to stay in hospital for another week - I left soon after that so the nurses could handle his tantrum. Actually he really did restrain himself - but he is a caged animal. He does realise now he is a miracle all the Doctors have said he should be dead - not exactly those words but to that effect.

Anyway it was so windy I left my bike at the hospital. I was just too exhausted and would probably drop it.

Oh and my first husband put $100 into my account - yeeha I can register my bike that is due on 12 Dec.

Really I've had a nice day - you do meet some lovely people in the hospital - patients and their families.

    Once again, that you all

    Cheers Shirley
