After winning a backprotector 13 mths ago in a FLASH bike magazine, I got the run around the whole time. Promises about when the item would turn up. Needless to say the Poms now think we are a little hotheaded down here. Finally I made contact with a chap in pommy land who promised to sort it all out. He contacted Quasi, Quasi contacted me and aboout 6 weeks later I am now the proud new owner of a top of the line knox back protector. Not only is it a bloody good protector, Quasi is a top notch bloke to deal with. Thanks a lot Bret.
