...but at the end of the tunnel they were doing road works, and we didn't want to wait. So we all went up that ramp on the back of the truck and jumped over the roadworks.
But then we noticed that there were 3 police cards and a SWAT van heading home after a raid on the other side, so had to evade them heading into town on our OMG SO AWESOME FAST 250^H^H^HLiter bikes!
But then it started snowing, so we had to raid a tire store, steal a bunch of SNOW TIRES WITH PHAT MAGS, fit them and then get away. Naturally by this point the police were unable to catch us, so we just cruised home (after doing some laps up Colombo street and pulling ALL the hot wimmenz!)

Oh that's right. I must have forgotten because we were all so drunk at the time.
It was a Nana Night to the extreme.

Good ride guys, really cruisy and enjoyable!
Looks as if it IS possible to take the bike out too much in one day though, having taken it to diamond harbour and back earlier in the day. Either me or the bike was just not on the ball, as simply changing gear seemed to need a voracious kick to even work, and my bike was weak to the point of cutting out on me several times while supposedly idling.
But we can't blame the bike for everything!
My two moments of great shame were switching from neutral to first but forgetting the clutch, making me hang my head in shame. The second was on leaving the twisted hop, pulling in the clutch, starting it up, letting out the clutch and oh look we're in gear. Watching the bike momentarily leap towards the brick wall and car that it was facing made my heart skip a beat.
...I think it's time, in the spirit of the nana ride, to go to bed.![]()
