Ouch. Hope you're not too sore.
A repeat of what I have posted in the Wed Night Ride thread,
This applys to you guys as well
I have spoken to the short order cook at the Greta Bar,
To make sure there is someone there to cook you some chips!
They are expecting between 10 and 30 of us arrive between 7.30 and 8pm.
So the more of you all that come the better,
I should be waiting to join up with you at the Waikari turn off,
Road gangs are in the area at the moment repairing small sections of the road on the main roads, so be aware of little unmarked new seal spots.
If it looks light grey, then it will be new with loose metal on top, beware.
So see you all on the road![]()

Mj and I have said we'll be there.
GRETA x2!!!
I second Helens sentiments only two things would have improved the evening for me, my other half had not taken the extra shift and come along and our Bavarian Motorcycle Wrecker had been there.
Oh Subike you really should consider the Woodstock rally.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.
What a fantastic night for a ride, gorgeous weather and scenery (and people of course). Loved it!
sound of a ducati 748
want that in my life, between my legs![]()
Really great to catch up with all you guys.
Twas a really good evening, good roads, no wind, warms sunshine.
The group rode their steeds up the scargill valley road like a well oiled machine,
Such a pleasure to be sitting at the rear, seeing the stream of good riders pootling along between the sea of brown grass, fenceposts and tall pines. The sound making the wooly jumpers scatter from their evening munch out of the tender new grass shoots.
Even the cheeky magpies fled from the sound of the steel horses thundering up the valley, their armoured road warriors intent on their destination, a cold beer and a bowl of chippes at the Grtea Valley Taven.
Ahh the enjoyment of well behaved pootlin group rides.
Yeap Woodstock calls, mmmmmmmmm![]()
