For anyone who dosnt know, its an F1 spot he's after.

I personaly think they should fill the ranks with F1 bikes then allow cross entry, not have 1000's miss out because 600 riders want EXTRA racing

Thats something to put to the organisers

How many 1000 riders have missed out?

Maybe they should put their entries in a bit quicker

What a wonderful idea to solve a long standing tricky situation.

That way it might actually encourage a few more of the "fast" f2 riders to step up to the so called premiere class.

They way our MX club used to do it, was, The primary class got first dibs on the class entries, and those that were cross entered only recieved championship points for their primary class. Seemed pretty fair to me.

Wanganui F1 races have thrown up some really good david and Goliath battles between different capacity bikes over the years,Greg Hansford for example winning on a KR250 (also setting tha lap record i think) in 77, Robert Holden on a RM125 a year or so later coming to prominence. It's not as though theres no 600's at the pointy end of the field.
