You don't want to have a serious discussion on this at all. Your intention in starting this thread, I venture to suggest, is no different to any other thread you have ever initiated, which is either to troll or to shit stir. If you want to be taken seriously on this site, then by your deeds you shall be judged. My jury is still out on that matter.

If you had any regard at all for sidewinder, then your first reaction after his "accident" wouldn't have been to rush to the nearest computer, log on to Kiwi Biker and start what was at that time a highly speculative thread.

It is exactly that sort of behaviour that has led this site over many years to develop a policy and guidelines for members and moderators on what are commonly referred to as "biker down" threads.

You were warned about this immediately after your first thread was quarantined by the Mods. And again after each subsequent occasion you attempted to post. Indeed such was your persistence you even used other members' accounts to access the site after your temporary banning for petulant behaviour deliberately intended to subvert the site's rules.

Now you're back spitting shit and piss and demanding to be taken seriously.

You, sir, are a constant irritation. If it was possible to ban members for wasting Moderators' time, I suspect you would still have some time left to serve.

they do not apply when a accident is not fatal or serious, you need to read them again, just like the mods

well, lets be glad that aint going to happen.
you stand accused sir, as a mod, and im not surprised to see you squirm, because i did tell you it was not serious or fatal, yet the mods quarantined it.
so you tell me, if i drop my bike in the driveway, and post it will you do the same thing?
try as a mod not to always take the easy route and assume too much

Rules are made to be bent by fascist dicators. Get over it.

By the way, my question is: Why do you WANT to post about sidewinder's crash?

I saw your thread, It was written in such a way to get the attention of those that monitor crash threads, Thus it was removed untill they were satisfied.

    Tough shit for you.

If you had written in the initial post that he was perfectly fine then nothing would have happened, Instead you wrote how you saw him slide into a guard rail but couldn't elaborate on his condition due to site rules.

But pointing this out is pointless, You know it already, The thread worked exactly as planned, It got you some attention, Just like this one ....

So given your history of posts on KB did you really think a Mod would be able to discern if you were being factual or not?

Or whether in fact you were just trying to draw attention to yourself. In this instance the Mods did what the rules of the site clearly state.

i could not release details on the crash, thats site rules aint it?

sidewinder askied me to put it up, and specified what could and could not be said, so i did it by his wishes

Now, under the site rules, the only reason you can't say more is if its serious or fatal. This post did not make that clear, and subsequent posts appeared to change the story each time.

    Then there was:

really, 99% of my posts are true, the others or oblivious spoofs.
i live life quite differently to most of you.
the rules that were quoted were :

    • no talking about fatal or serious crashes

    that was it

Says who? You could not convince the Moderators at the time that you were acting as sidewinder's official agent, and you're not getting any better at that with the passage of time. You are guilty of attempting to deflect blame and rewrite history.

i have not listed it as a fatal or major injury accident, so the rules do not apply, if anyone should know em, its you!

    sidewinder had a accident today.
i watched him and his bike slide into the armco.
    i have collected the bike
    and seen his parents

    peace out

these two seem to cancel each other out!

oh, so now someone needs to be convinced.

    lets see...

    • i collected his bike
    • i saw him crash
    • i picked him up out of the gravel
    • i used my truck/gas/gear to get him

you never asked me if i was the official agent, that should have been obvious your the one trying to re write history.
all i ask is that you be more sensitive next time a crash thread goes up, instead of banning the poster without good reason.
try get to the bottom if it first and ask the questions
