Thumbs up The other Wellington Thursday night ride -- 10 Feb

Variety is the spice of life, or so I've been told...

For those wanting a more leisurely and extremely sociable style of ride, TOTNR (the other Thursday night ride) is on again tomorrow.

Given last week's cager gridlock on the Hutt Motorway, how about we rendezvous at the Petone wharf carpark from 6:00pm with everybody gased and ready to ride from 6:30pm.

No speed demons. Any and all 250 and learner riders welcome.

I look forward to seeing all and sundry tomorrow evening. It should be a stunner.

Do you plan on meeting up with the WT ride again?

A bit of bonding and watching the bois do laps... And to see if Trike Man has got his headlights working yet!

I'll go with whoever gives me the most green reps.

Nah, I'll see which one I'm on time for. You're 6pm, WT is 6.30pm down the road.

    Hmmm what a fantastic idea.

I better get that 250 I saw in the shop window and find a babysitter.

It might be a few months tho...so I hope you're still doing "TOTNR" then

    Bollocks!

I finish at about 6:30pm. BUT, I may be able to get out as early as 4:30 to 5:30pm. So, are you riding anywhere past the Hutt? I'm in my car, and would have to drive home, and ride back (Like I did last time)...

We could push this back half an hour if that helps -- meet from 6:30pm, ready to ride at 7:00pm...

Might be able to get over the hill on time for this one.

Looking forward to getting out of work and enjoying a good ride!

    Ciao

Things are looking good for me to be "paroled" early... Meet at original time, but THANKS so much for offering the change, it's appreciated!

    Well chasps

I hope that this week all have returned safely to hearth and home.

Top fun again, and thanks to all. The wind on the Wainui coast road certainly gave pause for thought!

And the Slovakian judge gave White Trash a 9.3 for artistic merit on his new trick. Almost as good as the wheelie that that 150 popped...

Really? I was particularly dissapointed with it, thought it was around a 7.2 or thereabouts.

Those Slovakian judges are famously dodgy. At the other extreme, the Namibian judge gave it a 5.1...
