Some of these "race" pushbikers are real prats. I passed one and gave him plenty of space. Later I slowed down because I was looking for and address in a neigborhood I did not know. The prat came up behind me and had to brake and pass. The prat did not like the fact that he had to pass me and give me space and said some rude words to me. Seems to me that some of these pushbikers deserve a lesson in good manners...

Fucking treadly riders. I had an opportunity to clean up a couple of dozen of them this morning, but decided to brake hard instead.

You know the drill. The leader of their pack wobbles up to an intersection because his feet are clipped to the pedals of his $3,000 bike in a $1,000 pair of designer "riding shoes" and he doesn't want to stop and unclip. He spies a gap in the approaching stream of traffic and "guns" his gut-laden lycra-clad bulk into it, escaping death by millimetres. The rest of his accompanying multitude then decide to pursue him, like lemmings.

These wankers also like filtering to the front of queues at traffic lights, where they either stop in front of vehicles, or wobble through the intersection in direct contravention to the instructions provided by those signals. Pedestrians are meant to walk, arseholes. If you want to stop in front of a vehicle at the lights, make sure you can out accelerate it on the green, Mr Tubby.

I hope your MP3 players get caught in your spokes and that your spandex suit is rent assunder when your corset snaps. There should be laws against middle-aged men in lycra.

If you want to ride on roads that owners and operators of POWERED vehicles have paid for, then please show some respect and courtesy.

If you get yelled at on the road you probably deserve it.
If you are a prick toward other road users on any form of transport, car, bike, pushbike, truck, whatever, expect somebody to take offense to it. I've been going out for a cruisy Sunday ride before and have had a cyclist move into my lane and "race" me forcing me to slow down until I could pass safely. Conversely I've made bad decisions in lane splitting cutting off cars, and have subsequently been tooted at and had lovely hand gestures made in my direction.

Yes you're an easier target for idiots in their WRX STI MACH 2 BBQ but a lot of that is picking when and where you ride, same as walking really.

And of course people taking offense to your being alive when they cut you up is going to happen, assholes everywhere.

Of course those girls look good in lycra - there's fuck all too them - although I must say kudos for being slim and TONED. Unlike the bikini lasses...ok ok reooow and all that but it shits me to see slim girls jiggle so much - they say fat people are lazy but shit there are some slack skinny peeps out there who clearly take their lack of size for granted completely. Great size 10 bods but all jiggle like jelly - can't be that hard to stay toned when you are such a half pint

Now show me a lady with curves (and no I don't mean fat) who looks good in lycra and I might think twice about retracting my statement that "there should be laws agains ALMOST anyone wearing lycra"

BTW - the FIT skeletor ladies above are part of the 'ALMOST" bit
