You don't really need the motard wheels just put some road tyres on the std wheels.

what was the last year they sold the 650r in nz? 05, 06?
XR650R Adventure maybe? Looks really nicely done. Wonder where he got the fairing from and I though the alloy subframe meant panniers such as these were a bit of a no no.

pretty hot looking bike, ive seen a few with that hrc race kit set up but those panniers look rude.

If that's the one I think it is, it got trashed in a crash and re-built with a TrailTech 8" headlight and small screen.
