Not going to do any good sorry Hitcher.
I'm sorry to tell you Jimmy, but you're screwed here if you owe child support retrospectively.
As far as this years child support goes, if the amount you are earning is MORE THAN 15% LESS than what you earned the year previously, you can re-estimate your income this year.
Also, if your income goes up, for goodness sake, DON'T re-estimate. They can only tax you based on your LAST financial year's income - as you haven't told them different, that's what they base it on.
I know how you feel - they expect me to feed and clothe and house a family on $22K a year.
And when the young fella's born, we get a whole extra $12 to play with.
Re-estimate your income immediately.
Call me if you want to know more, ok?
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.
