Na don't agree with that. There may be lots of examples to view for either case, it doesn't matter how many, still doesn't change the fact that the modern civilized world has moved on (quite some time ago) from such draconian ways. Due process is & will always be the way to go, its just far to open to corruption. We all know from time to time certain people may "slip" & bang their heads while in a holding cell & maybe they fully deserved it but to make it LAW to dish that out would be rather irresponsible & a huge backwards step for humanity.

lol Steve. I have a good mate who stays here on & off (currently here). Very handy as he tells me what guests say in their native tongue, he knows 4 languages very well & a few more partially, shit it comes in handy sometimes
