FOR SALE: Yamaha YZ250F

2003 Yamaha YZ250F Motorcross bike. 1 vet owner only used for play days at the MX track and occaisional trail rides.

Bike has 38 hours and is in excellent condition. Piston, rings and cam chain changed at 20hours (could have left this till 50-100 hours i'm told, old piston was still well within spec. Oh well it's done now)
Oil Changed frequently. Log book for maintenance.

Has Dunlop D773 front tyre and a near new (6hrs) Metzler MC5 rear tyre and heavy duty tubes. Still has 1 set rings and gaskets in spares kit, also spare exhaust packing and genuine yamaha workshop manual. Also has tapered bars and motominder.

Selling due to injury that will keep me off the dirt for about a year

The YZF250 is possibly the best motorcross model available today for all levels of rider skill.

The Yamaha four stroke 250 is the only one that does not suffer from premature valve wear like that which effects the CRF KXF/RMZ, TC250 etc. A well proven 250 4 stroke design that is reliable and into it's 3rd year with this model.
