Presumably most events require a MNZ licence I guess this isn’t MNZ sanctioned?

PS: Wasn’t trying to snob you before, took a few seconds to work out where I knew you from.
Don't you look at my accountant.

A mate Andrew Craig has been going there for the 4-5y's Came 2nd last year 3rd the year before that . Big fat bastard on a Black R6 with video on it . Whitetrash hope you can beat him should do if you are as quick as you say you are . Will watch the video when they get back . All so another friend on a RSVR will be doing it to for the first time but a very confident & fast rider Good luck & keep up right Guy's

Andrew Craig was leading (down to 2:14) when I left followed closely by Warren Turner on 2:17.

WT would have entered but unfortunately there was not enough wind for his liking......

Sensei, did Andrew used to race a red TL1000S about 5-6 years ago? Rides far faster than anyone that size has any right to if it's the same bloke.

I get that a fair bit - hopefully it's because Im less recognisable in my work threads rather than people just ignoring me...

I have to admit, it took a few seconds before I realised it was you - must have been the suit and tie.

Just watched the video of the Naki Lad's doing their stuff . Some great action
Of the Aprilia RSVR & R6 blasting the road . Will have to take my 1000 done next year so there are some more Taranaki rider's more than 2 this time . Will have to congratulate Anderw for winning & his 2nd place . Better get a heap
of practice in so as not to be left behind .

OMG!!!! I can't belive I missed out on this!

Will be on the next one for sure. Cheers V4 for letting me know about this.

Are there any other races held in closed public roads like this? Sounds awesome, almost like a mini Isle of man.
