I dont think you should give an advise like that given that you probably havent been troughout the northland loop.

The major diference is that coromandel loop is a tourist road with best condition of road surface and signage, while northland loop is maintaned less and has many more hazards.

day before... and look at all the people pulling out... slack!
I don't have anyone telling me what to do, or any other commitments i can't get out of, and have had my spell of vomiting earlier in the week.... I will be there (as long as i get some decent sleep tonight considering im running on only a couple of hours from last night )!

I'm now out too. Something to do with the guy who just took my carburettors off and drove away with them.

    Bugger.

man tar bleeds are gonna be brutal... with the few hot days we have had, and the fact that its only suppose to get down to 18 tonight... means they will still be a hazard even early in the morning as won't have submerged and cooled again
just fantastic... please be careful guys.. don't much feel like sitting on the side of the road in sweltering heat cleaning someone and their bike off the road

it aint much fun waiting for an ambulance to arive or give statements to the smurfs while your mate is lying on the side of the road covered in a blanket...

    Bloody pessimists!

I think it'll be ok until maybe mid-afternoon - it'll probably be overcast which should reduce the direct intensity of the sun. But it'll still be damn hot!
If it wasn't for a concise set of rules, we might have to resort to common sense!
