Hmm, maybe you're right. But there's something special about a bike that will rise to the heavens as far as you have bravery...
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.

If that's his problem I reckon he needs to hang up his 'superbike' boots and get a super-naked like the Fazer.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Cheers for organising the ride Toto. It was great to get out and learn a little more about how my bike goes. Lots of interesting roads and great weather but my butt felt like I had been sitting on plkywood by the end of the day. I did 675 ks, thats a pretty big day regardless of what you ride.

It was good to meet some of the identities from here.

Thanks also to EJ for the photos, good effortHope the downed bikers recover soon.

    cheers

So far in my current claim, I've dealt with six people at State and out of that, only one was a bitch (she seemed to think that since I got rear-ended, I was at fault because I didn't have insurance. Wrong.) and the other five have been pure gold to deal with.

Took three days to accept my claim against the dickhead, only two days to arrange an assessment, and they paid out on my damaged gear within the first three days without a fuss.

All we are waiting for now is bloody Blue Wing Honda to get back with the parts prices.

I'm a happy chappie (at least as much as I can be) in regards to State so far. As long as they don't try to bone me on the bike's value I'll be most pleased.

What kind of logic is that??
"Hi I've been in an accident."
    "Do you have insurance?"
    "No."
"THEN YOU MUST BE AT FAULT!!"
Motorcycling is like life - it's about the journey, not the destination.
