Kiwi Biker is the best forum! Thank you!

To whom ever started this forum this is my thank you note.

I am a member of several forums motorcycling and other interests and I have to say that this is the only one I keep coming back to each winter when the snow starts to blow here in Canada...and boy it sure is blowing today, major snow storm outside.

I come here to get my biker fix, after the motorcycles have been put into hybernation. It is friendly place and welcoming no matter how long you've been away from it. Informative and just a fun place to come, I have visited other forums and you can practically hear a pin drop in some, so dead, I feel like performing CPR...LOL! (well that's the nursing in me coming out)

Anyway, thank you from all those that come here from the snowbelt areas of the world to enjoy alittle of the passion of motorcycling, when we cannot ride. I have made some good friends here during the years. You know who you are. One day I will get my butt down to NZ to visit you.

Hope you are all enjoying the summer on the other side of the world!

Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! (I hope you all get what you asked Santa for...)

    Thank you again!

    Please Stay Safe!

    You actually read this stuff!
A universal dream of greatness is that
We push ourselves to the limit
Yet still be brilliant when the chips are down.
Sometimes , The struggle kills the dream.

I've been on one or two myself and to be honest most are just down right boring. KB has a flavour all of its own and all though at times we bitch and moan and fire the odd bullet at each other I know of no one who would not go out of his way to give support when needed.

Stay sharp, stay cool, and most of all............ stay alive

    Yeah!- what they said!

It makes me feel proud that here we are on the bottom of the planet with one of the smallest populations of any country, yet we have bikers from all over the globe logging in to share our laughs and tears. Our tribulations and our joys!
Welcome back brownbabe- tell us about where you ride. Who you ride with.
is your bike you main transport or is riding a weekend treat?

Thanks for your kind words, babe. KB is a fun place to hang out, even if it's just to watch some of the on-going tiffs between the members.

We're pretty lucky to be able to ride all year around and not get stuck in snow drifts! My brother and his family have just arrived from Calgary to spend the summer down under, as they do most years. Would be great to see you flying south one year too. It would only cost you the air fare - once you're here you would be well looked after by the KB crew.
There is no such thing as bad weather; only inappropriate clothing!
