Aprillia and BMW in WSB

Does anyone know if either BMW or Aprillia have actually produced any of their new bikes to meet homologation rules for 2009, or we having another Foggy Petronas moment?

From what Ive read in different magazines BMW wont be entering until the 2010 championship and for the moment their keeping very quite about when the road bike will be released. And as said already aprillia have huge waiting lists already for the rsv4 so they will have no problem meeting the 150 homologation rules

bmw are meant to be racing in 2009 with the bmw, hence why spend millions hiring corsar

bmw did the test in SA few weeks back, in prepation for coming year.
