those words are never in the same line mate.
You get screwed into the ground for 250s, could buy a half decent 400 with that amount of cash.
Heres a tip. Dont go for a Kawa GPX 250. They are crap.

Are you on a "Learners" license, and that is why you need a 250cc?
There will be a few cheapies around..... but it really depends on how much you wish to spend. Some cheapies can cost you more in the long run.
If you can afford to buy something decent, do so. Good 250s hold their value pretty well because they are always in demand. Rather have something reliable to learn on than something that lets you down at the most inopportune moments.
