Tyres for the pile of Honda junk?

i have been running a set of irc rx01 tyres on the spada and have a 140-70 and 110-70 on it at the moment. the rear is getting peeled and shredded and has no lean angle left, but the front has about 15mm left. id like to have some rubber that permits a greater lean angle as the set on there wont go low enough to tickle my pegs. theres only minimal warning that the tyre is on its limit [a small squirm].
is there any reccomendations? apart from stop being a homo and buy a real bike

Bridgestone BT45 for sure. Dunlop TT900 (Quite sure they make them in those sizes)

It's better to have the bike over-tyred for the engine, than the engine to be over-powered for the tyres.

Now 34hp is still enough for a burnout - smoke the IRC - a little oil or similar will aid the spin

i destroyed it as an xmas present to my mates....somehow got 4th gear and revlimiter before it got too sticky and had to chop to third...
what i meant by over kill was will the little bugger manage to bring the rear upto heat?

No problem with the heat -tyres that size are designed for bikes that size. The heat is generated by the surfaces of the road and tyre rolling together - pretty much the same as rubbing hands generates heat.

are those the stock sizes to throw one? my brother's hornet has a similar story with heaps of 'chicken strip' on the front but none at the back because the front is the wrong size

if all else fails you could just soften the suspension to get the pegs closer to the ground and reduce the lean required to scrape them

should have a 100/80 and 130/70 or something. sport demons are 190 for the front and 215 for the rear and just for a laugh i priced up a set of diablos....fuck that for a joke

Get the Sport Demons, I like them, i've got them on my bandit. The pegs scrape before the tyres let go on that. Plus they're way cheaper than radial tyres.

getting a set thrown on in the next few weeks took the bike over the pahiatua track on friday and anytime i get near knee down the arse starts to get a bit loose. shitty irc rubber
