    Man, this heat...

Just checked my temp gauge outside the house. 40 degrees!
Hottest area of the Bay I live. Great riding roads here on HW50, but the heat, and the tar melt!!!
Even the dam on my property has nearly dried up.
Went for a ride this time yesterday, hottest I've felt for a very long time on a bike.

Geez, I feel ripped off. It's only 32 in my gargre.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

While it's not that hot in D'Auckland, I'm feeling it. This time last week it was around 5 or 6 degrees in Novato...
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Yeah she was a warm one yesterday alright, unfortunately the breeze did nothing to alleviate the temp issue either..
Today might be warmer though I think, gonna head over to Palmy soon, gonna be warm on the bike!

It's 29C in our lounge and that's on the cool side of the house. All the doors and windows are open and it's so hot outside it's almost unbearable. The other half has ridden up to PN to pick up an air filter but I couldn't be faffed putting on the gear to ride up with him.

I think a cool one in the shade might hit the spot!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

Yep, 32 degrees in the shade on our deck, too hot for doing too much at all. The fishing is great though. I went out on a neighbour's boat on Tues evening with fellow KB'er Freebird and 4 of us got 32 snapper keepers and 1 gurnard in 2 hours. Only 1 km offshore among the mussel farms - no need for a big boat.

This always reminds me of the Denis Leary song, with the line in it:

I walk around in the summer time saying "how about this heat?"

I'm an asshole (hes an asshole, what an asshole)...

I did post the entire lyrics, but got into trouble with the humour challenged amongst us...
