Hey sorry to butt in Choppa, but I see this quote bandied about so often by the media and promoters.

Can I ask all racers seeing this to check out www.cliffhanger.org.nz ?

It is 6.1km of (mostly) sweeping corners on an uphill gradient. The race is run like IOMTT- individual time trials.

Ask CHOPPA, Johnny Burkhart or Jay Lawrence what they think of it !!

I love racing at Wanganui for the thrill of the street and elbow to elbow, but the CliffHanger is another experience again.

Next one is third weekend of March. Put it on your calendar - you won't be disappointed.

No worries Sloan, not your fault. Looks like they're having some major problems. Taupo will not be broadcast either. This from their website:
"Cancelled live stream The Taupo Road Race Spectacular will not be live streamed on Speedbox.tv. We apologise for any inconvenience. Over the past couple of days we have experienced technical difficulties beyond our control with the satellite service used to broadcast live events. We apologise for the inconvenience. We fully anticipate all technical problems preventing us from broadcasting will be resolved in time for round one of the 2009 Jetsprint World Championship which is on 4 January 2009."

I see you were very consistent with your results at Wanganui, good luck at Taupo today!
