    Adventure ride...

Took my mate's launch from Lyttelton to Picton last sunday early evening....south east swell 2 meters till Kaikoura, after that a northwesterly was building up and going over the top of it....
Add to that a largely unknown vessel with some issues still to deal with while underway, and an engine that packed a sad a few miles before Picton Monday night...
The other engine had stalling issues at low revs....
Add to that strong winds while trying to berth in an unknown and unreserved marina and you got the makings of a reasonably interesting adverture ride....

Oh forgot to tell the other engine cut out just as we were trying to slot her in between two multi milion dollar superyachts.......
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....

maybe you could use that new tractor you just brought as an auxillary engine
