Honda Giorno headlight rim replacement?

Hi People!

Some kind soul stole the headlight rim off my Honda Giorno 1993 outside my apartment on NYE.

I am now searching for a replacement headlight rim (the circular fitting around the headlight) - for a 1993 Honda Giorno Scooter.

Do you happen to have this part or are you able to get this? Or, do you know who stole it?

probably a long shot (I don't even know if they do scooter bits) but I've found econohonda very helpful in the past. You could contact them and see if they can help anyway
