    52mm clip-ons wanted

Any racers out there with some 52 mm billet clamps they can lend me, or that they want to offload ??? I screwed up and took someones word without putting calipers on my stauncheins that they were 50 mm so have some that are too small for sale or swap !!!
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

Just rung the guy (got his mrs) and they are in Napier itself ! Georges drive, operating out of a private address so you were right !
Are you planning a visit into napier at all in the next couple of days ?

The missus is always in Napier with her job and can pick up, or if not I'll shoot over and get.
Let me know when its ready to pick up, and their address, and whens best to get.

Yeah its something i just finished looking at, total wall thickness in the outside is 4 mm so thats fine but there's not much meat between the staunch wall and where the bar slides in ! Done a bit of measuring and a few sums and there might be about .3 mm left in the wall at one point, after honing it out and being billet shouldn't (fingers crossed) compromise the strength
