I'm 106.4 yesturday at the gym and I have a goal of 92kg with a final of 87kg further down the track. 5ft 9inches at the mo so I look like an upside down 10pin.....

I was 108kg a few years back, got down to 93 last year but got sick etc and backed off the exercise at the same time as rediscovering beer... sigh! Now 101.2kg. 1st goal is back around the 95 mark while keeping all the muscle I've fought hard for. Biggest plus - much less sore back from riding once the core got stronger.
Next week I'll post up the current gym routine before I ramp up the cardio.
My biggest problem is I really like beer and my diabetes. Makes a long workout 'tricky' at times but always experimenting.
I'm keen and my sister wife might be toopeer pressure is sooo good for weightloss!
Yeah yeah. I'm in as long as I don't have to post any pics of how podgy I've gotten over Xmas (ok, and before that!), or start weight etc.
OK, I went for a half hour walk yesterday morning and this morning, planning on going for another tomorrow...... diet doesn't start until all the chocolate we were given for Xmas has been scoffed!!!![]()

My personal bastard (recovering broken left foot) has finally been fitted with a new formthotic and a new pair of hideously overpriced cross trainers. Hopefully I will now be able to start walking without being in mucho pain.
On the hunt for a cross training machine as they are my fav to use.
Off to Drs next week for next lot of thyroid tests.. I have put on 15kg in 5mths gulp... so hope its my thyroid. Option 2 would be sleep eating and thats just too weird even for me.
